I work in [corporate/charity/freelance]... is this still for me?

What's the difference between annual and monthly?

Both plans give you full access to everything; deep dives, quarterly events, office hours, the private platform, and co-creation opportunities (and more). The annual plan saves you 36 CHF per year and locks in your rate. The monthly plan gives you full flexibility to cancel anytime.

When will I get access to the community platform?

You'll get access to the platform as soon as your membership is confirmed.

Why is there a 12-month commitment?

Building real community takes time. The 12-month commitment ensures that we, as founders and members, are invested in making this work. We're committing significant time and energy to curating content, hosting events, and nurturing connections. We ask the same from you. True belonging doesn't happen in 30 days.

What if I change my mind after joining?

We completely understand, joining something new is a commitment, and we want you to feel confident about it. Under EU consumer protection regulations, you have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of purchase. If you decide the community isn't right for you within those 14 days, simply email us and we'll issue a full refund.

That said, this is also why we offer the flexible monthly option, if you're not sure about commiting to a year, you can join month-to-month at 25 CHF and cancel anytime.
